So many of you have returned to us time and again, and it has always mattered a great deal to our small team. This spring we have introduced a few new ways to say thank you: a loyalty programme that rewards every visit, a birthday treat, and a way to share an afternoon with a friend.
Introducing RoyalTea Members
RoyalTea is our thank you to the guests who make the parlour what it is. Membership is complimentary, and there is nothing to collect or remember.
- Every fifth visit, a Luxe High Tea with our compliments. Each visit is recorded with your booking, and the visits you have already made with us count.
- Everything counts. Hampers from our online shop, gift vouchers, High Tea & Pearls™ and the friends you introduce all add to your visits.
- Your gold RoyalTea card. Members are presented with a gold card at the parlour, which you link to your membership in a moment with your phone.
- First to know. Members hear first about our Christmas, Mother’s Day and High Tea & Pearls™ dates.
Please book under the same name and email address each time, so every visit is counted.
A Birthday Toast To You
Birthdays are among our favourite occasions at the parlour. When RoyalTea Members join us for high tea during their birthday month, a bottle of champagne, or alcohol-free bubbles if you prefer, is with our compliments.
To make sure we never miss it, simply share your birthday when you join, or through the link in your RoyalTea emails. We will send you a gentle reminder two weeks before, and again a week before, so there is plenty of time to gather your favourite people and book a table.
One bottle per member each year, enjoyed with a high tea booking in your birthday month.
Share An Afternoon With A Friend
So many of our guests first come to us through a friend’s recommendation. Every RoyalTea Member now has a personal invitation link, included in her RoyalTea emails, to share with anyone who would enjoy an afternoon with us.
- Send your link to a friend by text, email or message.
- She accepts the invitation and is welcomed with a complimentary Devonshire tea on her first visit: freshly baked scones with jam and cream.
- Her visit counts towards your own complimentary Luxe High Tea, automatically.
Your friend must be a new guest and book with the email address she gives when accepting your invitation.
